I've purchased matcha from a lot of places mostly amazon in the Past. NO LONGER
OCHA & CO has better tea, matcha and prices!! They have better than what is wrongly called "ceremonial grade" but what you REALLY want is the SINGLE CULTIVAR. That's the very best of a tea leaf carefully and professionally created to be a superior Matcha. Glorious in it's umami or flavor, so calming and satisfying it blesses the meditation's fulfillment.
My favorite is the Kyoto Uji then the Single Cultivar Yabukita. You will become a loyal Ocha and Co customer as I have.

I think I prefer this one because the flavor is less grassy and is more of a..lighter flavor. This brand has the best quality for the price that I have tried so far.

This is the most refined flavored matcha powder I've ever had to make my morning matcha. I splurged a little on it since I had a discount code from leaving a review on my previous purchase. Honestly the only thing negative I can say about this (and it might be user error) is that I have a hard time mixing this enough to remove all the clumps. I think because this matcha is SOOOOO fine and granular, it seems to clump more than any other product I've tried. It's still worth it for the unbeatable flavor.

I woke up this morning and all I thought was to have a cup of the Yabukita. It was just right, I think I'll be ordering it on subscription...It could not be a better matcha.

I'll be honest, it took a few days to get used to this, but after those first few days, I am really liking it now. It's creamy, a little nutty and smooth.

I quite enjoyed this matcha. Not bitter in the slightest and had a lovely flavor. This will be one of my go-to's in the future.

The Yabukita Matcha was not my favorite pick. It was very clumpy and hard to get the clumps to break up with the whisk so I had to use my sifter every time. The taste of this matcha had a nutty, roasted taste and aroma. It was not as sweet and vegetal tasting like I am used to. I am glad I tried it but would not order this again due to my preference in taste.

The tea was great. Less vegetal then others. Only downside was it was a bit lumpier than my prior brand.

Love the matcha ,it's a bit on the pricy side but definitely worth it . Will order more if there is promotion goin on and would like to try different teas as well .

The aroma of this match is unbelievable. It’s flavor is also unbelievably great. For a stronger, potent umami rich matcha. koicha is the way to drink this, for a more well round and balanced match, usucha is the way to go.

While I am not a matcha connoisseur, I have tried a lot of different brands and prices. This matcha is my favorite. It's bold (perhaps because of the roasting) and smooth with no bitterness. I drink hot usucha.
