Delivery Information

At Ocha & Co., we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping to all our customers across Europe. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery policy:

Shipping to GERMANY (LOCAL)

• Where We Ship From
  European orders are primarily fulfilled from our EU hub in Germany (Norderstedt).
• Delivery Times:
  • Estimated delivery time: 24–72 hours.
    
    
• Tracking is included with every order, and deliveries do not require a signature.

Rest of Europe

• If the item is in stock at our German warehouse, orders are shipped from Nuremberg.
  

• Estimated delivery time: approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the destination country. Tracking is included with every order, and most deliveries do not require a signature.

If an Item Is Out of Stock in Germany

• If a product is temporarily unavailable in our German warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our main company in Japan.
• Estimated delivery time (express international): 10–14 days.
  

• All shipments include tracking and may require a signature for security.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within:

• 10 working days (Germany)
• 14 working days (Rest of Europe)
