F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C tea! Of course, you can also brew it like any other green tea at about 65 degrees Celsius and drink it while it's hot, without cooling it down. Its nearest "relative" would be the Genmaicha, yet without the popped rice, liberating amazingly fresh and complex flavors of celery, watercress, radish leafs and elder flowers. I'm drinking the second brew at the moment, still very, very good. One of the best teas I ever had, the blend of 3 premium teas + the Matcha powder creates a TOTAL WORK OF ART!

I never had the chance to leave a good image when reviewing this blend last time and I am happy to say the quality is still the best you can buy from Japan. The weather is getting warm again so this cold blend is even better in warmer days. Very pleased with the product still after all this time. I always look forward to a large cup or two in the afternoon for relaxation and a general feeling of well being. Excellent way to enhance your mood and have a pleasant day. As you can see the tea looks fantastic before and after brewing.

Took about 2 weeks to arrive, but that's understandable considering its the other side of the planet I ordered from. Opened the bag and, wow! The particles of Matcha made me sneeze. I am actually quite naughty and enjoy brewing this hot, and I found it makes an equally delightful cup of warm tea. I tried it cold, and it has a lovely prominent grassy flavour. When hot, the asringency balances out the grassy umami and delivers a brilliant green tea blend at a splendid price.

I enjoy sipping iced green tea every day throughout the day. Each evening I start my cold brew for the next day, a half gallon every day. My collection of green tea is varied, but each and every package is from Ocha & Co.

If you had asked me a few years ago, if I would be enjoying green tea on a daily basis, I would have been very skeptical to give a positive response. Since my first order of Ocha & Co., plain water consumption is no longer in my repertoire. I drink plain water when you can enjoy the light refreshing flavor and healthy nutrients found and green tea. I have purchased every single product that Ocha & Co. has offered in recent years. Truth be told, I have no favorite. Each and every selection has proven to be unique and delightful in its own way. This is why I keep coming back and I do not foresee any changes in my green tea consumption.

This tea if brewed with very cold water can hardly be over brewed. I left it sitting for 5 minutes once and it was still absolutely delicious. I suggest a glass steeping apparatus, the brilliant green color upon steeping is magnificent. If you are a southerner like me and you love some freezing cold, refreshing ice tea, venture off the beaten path of overly sweet black tea and take a trip down clean, crisp, refreshing green tea road.

I’ve been ordering my matcha from ocha for years, they used to ship all my orders from Japan. When the Covid hits they stopped shipping my orders and I was forced to order my matcha from Amazon which is not nearly as good as the matcha I order from ocha. I am so grateful that I’m back with them again and will able to enjoy the great quality matcha again. Thank you ocha! I have been recommending their website to people.
