REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us here at Ocha & Co. If by any chance you wish to receive a refund or return an item purchased for any reason we will be happy to so so. Replacements/Refunds can be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods provided the item is in fully re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. After receiving the return we will inspect it and contact you by email. If the refund is approved it will be issued only to the purchaser's card - namely the one used for the original purchase. .

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, DUTIES, FEES

Customs in the destination country inspect packages when they arrive. Before an order is released for delivery, there may or may not be associated taxes, duties, and brokerage charges. Ocha & Co. is not responsible for these charges. Check with the customs office of your country before making an order for more information. No returns will be accepted if unexpected duties occur.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your tea or purchase is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage that has been incurred.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs on returning items.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds that owed to you unless the goods are damaged.
