Tea has always been a "comfort" drink for me. In recent years, as I've turned more to coffee, I had forgotten what pleasure could come from a good cup of tea. Organic Fukamushi Sencha Tea did the trick! Brewing it is often the first thing I do every morning. Because the tea is so fine - and its fineness is its greatness - I bought a new glass tea pot with an extra fine mesh metal infuser and it works like a charm. I brew the leave 2-3 times. This is a great tea!
This is the most beautiful Sencha Green Tea I have had. My husband bought me the first packet and I have just reordered. Been without it for two weeks and have missed it - it is like a treat that I can’t live without.

This organic Japanese Black Tea/Wakōcha is wonderful to drink, as always! It's a nice tea to have in the morning to start the day off, and it's a good one to have as a good pick-me-up to get me going right before I get to do something busy. It also makes for a refreshing afternoon tea, as well.
The aroma of the Wakōcha is quite inviting, a nice smell to start off, with a just as inviting dark-reddish like brew, all of which signals tea time. The flavor is very lovely! It's of a smooth profile, and it left a fascinating aftertaste that had a fruit-like note to it. One of the others in my family even thought the taste of the Wakōcha reminded her a bit of the Earl Grey Black Tea, which was an interesting thing to note.
All-in-all, a wonderful experience, as always! I have to thank the fellows at Ocha and co. for getting me introduced into the world of Japanese Black Tea/Wakōcha in the way it happened. I know it's not talked about as much as the other kinds of Black Tea out there, kinda like an underrated gem of sorts, one can perhaps say, so if it wasn't for them, I might have not have thought too much about it. I'd love to come back again to get to try some more of it in the future!

We have been looking for a hojicha to rotate with our matchas. This is rlchocolatey and nutty and just great flavor. I drink it hot with oat milk and sometimes a bit of manauka honey! I love my mornings even more! Thank you for the quality and the reasonable price!

I received this matcha as a birthday gift a few years ago, and I’ve continued to order it for myself since. I love the flavor - grassy, slightly bitter and umami but still smooth. I drink it straight. Occasionally, I add milk, but honestly I prefer it on its own so I can truly appreciate the flavor notes. Preparing and drinking this tea is an experience in itself.
