Japanese Matcha

First flush leaves from tea gardens in Kyoto, Shizuoka, and Kagoshima.

Premium GradeOur Matcha is of great value for its quality and authenticity. Our customers are overjoyed that they have finally found the Japanese green tea they have been looking for.

High Quality TenchaTencha, never powdered sencha. Tencha is shaded for three weeks, then dried without rolling. Most Western matcha is ground sencha: cheaper, more bitter,a duller green.

Stone Milled in JapanGranite mills turn slowly enough that the leaf never heats up. Blade grinders do it inseconds and burn off exactly what you're paying for.

Local fulfillment for fast shippingEvery pack is vacuum-sealed before it leaves the farm, then heldin our warehouses in the US, UK, Germany and Ireland. Freshnessis locked in at origin, and the last leg is short.
