REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns on tea and matcha products are only accepted for defective items that are unused and in their original packaging. 'Defective' is defined as follows. In the case of food items, it implies that they are unfit for consumption because of their age, contamination, or damaged packaging.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
We cannot be responsible for packages that have either been sent with incorrect addresses or those that have been left unclaimed at the post office.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, DUTIES, FEES
Customs in the destination country inspect packages when they arrive. Before an order is released for delivery, there may or may not be associated taxes, duties, and brokerage charges. Ocha & Co. is not responsible for these charges. Check with the customs office of your country before making an order for more information. No returns will be accepted if unexpected duties occur.
To ensure the quality and safety of your tea, all teas should arrive sealed, and if the seal has been broken, the tea should not be consumed.If your tea or purchase is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage that has been incurred.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs on returning items. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds that owed to you unless the goods are damaged.
