It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Please send us a photo and your order number at support@ochaandco.com and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Yes, you can manage your subscription at any time from your customer account.
Log into your account and go to the 'Manage Subscriptions' section. From there, you can cancel or modify your plan.

Yes. Most of our teas are certified organic and cultivated without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
All of our teas are grown in the mountains of Shizuoka, Japan - a region known for its ideal tea-growing conditions.
We recommend keeping your tea in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. For best freshness, refrigerate matcha after opening.
