AUCTION POLICY

 

• The items being auctioned are pre-owned or antique.
• Please review the provided images and written description carefully.
• Take caution to avoid cancellation or mistakenly placing a bid.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the description and the image, the image takes precedence.
• If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
• We will not accept returns, or refunds if more than 30 days have passed since receiving the item or if any modifications have been made to the product.
• If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, DUTIES, FEES

Customs in the destination country inspect packages when they arrive. Before an order is released for delivery, there may or may not be associated taxes, duties, and brokerage charges. Ocha & Co. is not responsible for these charges. Check with the customs office of your country before making a bid for more information. No returns will be accepted if unexpected duties occur.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs on returning items.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds that owed to you unless the goods are damaged.
