HOW TO MAKE JAPANESE ICED GREEN TEA 

It is Summer and the weather is hot - time for ice brewed organic Japanese green tea! Using this brewing style the sweet components of the tea are retained, leaving the astringent elements such as caffeine behind. This method can be used with any of our teas but  is especially good with green teas high in natural sweetness such as our shade-grown Kabusecha.  Follow the instructions in the illustration but don`t be afraid to experiment a bit.
